Timesheet Workflows¶
This guide provides detailed workflows for common timesheet operations, helping users efficiently manage their time tracking, approvals, and related tasks within the Stratpoint Timesheet Application.
Daily Time Entry Workflow¶
Morning Routine¶
Step 1: Review Previous Day 1. Log into the timesheet application 2. Navigate to the Dashboard 3. Check for any missing entries from the previous day 4. Review pending approvals or rejections
Step 2: Plan Your Day 1. Check your project assignments 2. Review scheduled meetings and tasks 3. Identify billable vs. non-billable activities 4. Note any special circumstances (remote work, client site, etc.)

Quick Time Entry Process: 1. Access Time Entry - Click "Log Time" from dashboard - Or navigate to Timelogs > Add New
